WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final on all sales and reduced price items. For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 15 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags. Please contact contact@COLco.us for all order and return inquiries. COLco will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your order number along with a brief description of your issue.
Return shipping is non-refundable. Packages returned to COLco are subject to an $10 restocking fee.
Return requests will be denied for suspected resellers.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you wish to exchange an item, you have to return the item and make a new purchase online. COLco will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization Number. Please include your order number along with a brief description of your issue.
COLco.us does not offer store credit for any reason, including for returns or exchanges.
